Ankita Singh
Ankita Singh is the co-founding partner at A&P Partners and is an alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune.
Ankita has an extensive experience of advising clients domestically and globally on all branches of litigation- civil, criminal, commercial and constitutional matters at various jurisdiction in courts, tribunals and dispute resolution forums.
Her corporate practice entails in dealing with a range of complex issues including banking and labour, real estate, mergers and acquisition and all kinds of general corporate commercial transactions.
Ankita has an especially strong practice in the fields of Intellectual Property Rights, Data Laws, financial technology and media & entertainment law. Ankita advises various OTT Platform, digital news platforms, social media platforms, Fintech companies, production houses and Artists on various Agreements relating to the traditional film deals, content transfer, assignments and specific IP deals for rights. Ankita also advises various telecom and broadcasting companies on laws and compliance qua satellite rights.
In addition, Ankita serves on various POSH internal complaints committees of large multi-national companies and serves as advisory board members on various organization involved with research and development.
Priyanka Sinha
Priyanka Sinha is the co-founding partner at A&P Partners and is an alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune.
Priyanka has a diverse experience in handling both domestic and international matters. She is a trusted counsel to several large Multinational Companies, Indian Corporates, High Net Worth Individuals, Family Businesses including many business leaders, celebrities and private individuals. Priyanka also takes deep interest in catering to clientele in the Construction and Engineering sector, MSME’s and Family Businesses.
Priyanka has developed a strong track record of successfully representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution and securing several commercial deals. She primarily provides services in the practice areas ranging from Civil, Corporate and Commercial, Arbitration, Construction law, Labour and Employment laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Real Estate laws, Securities law, Intellectual property and Start-up laws.
Priyanka has been invited on several panels for discussions, workshops, conferences, talk- shows organised by reputed organisations/ agencies, guest faculty to educational institution and featured on a podcast organised and conceptualised by a US based Corporation. She actively conducts workshops and mentorship programs in collaboration with various organizations, initiatives taken by Banks, Educational Institutions and Government Agencies in the likes of Economic Offences Wing (Mumbai Branch), IIT Bombay, HSBC Bank, NMIMS Mumbai etc.
